These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of fingertipsacupuncture.com, operated by Fingertips Acupuncture and Wellness LLC. Please review them before using the website. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Separate documents govern treatment consent, clinic financial policies, and any third-party services you use. These website terms do not replace those documents.

1. Educational information and emergencies

Website content describes our clinic and provides general educational information. It is not an individualized diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay needed medical care because of information on this website.

The website, contact forms, and online booking system are not emergency services. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care. Do not use website messages to request urgent help.

2. Clinical care and consent

Browsing the website, sending an inquiry, or submitting a booking request alone does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship or constitute informed consent for treatment. Clinical care begins through the clinic’s acceptance and care process. We assess whether services are appropriate and obtain required treatment consent. Information about possible benefits and patient experiences does not guarantee a particular result.

Clinical services are subject to applicable professional licensure and legal requirements. Availability of online booking does not mean we can provide care in every location. Parents or other authorized representatives must provide any consent required for a minor’s treatment, subject to the minor’s rights under applicable law.

3. Appointments and Jane

We plan to use Jane for online booking and patient administration. Until our Jane link is available, use the clinic phone number or scheduling email link. An email or other appointment request is not a confirmed appointment until the clinic confirms it. Once Jane booking is available, use the clinic’s designated link, provide accurate contact information, and review the confirmation, instructions, and clinic policies presented to you. Contact the clinic if booking information appears incorrect. Availability and services may change.

When our Jane service is available, your use of it will also be subject to the terms and notices Jane presents, including its Terms of Use at https://jane.app/legal/terms-of-use and Privacy Notice at https://jane.app/legal/privacy-notice. Jane provides software; Fingertips is responsible for the clinical services it provides. Keep account credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access affecting your clinic account.

4. Fees and cancellation policies

Current fees, payment requirements, and any cancellation, late-arrival, or missed-appointment charges are disclosed through our clinic financial policy or booking process. Review those policies before confirming an appointment. These website terms do not create a cancellation fee or payment obligation that has not otherwise been properly disclosed and agreed to.

Insurance reimbursement and eligibility for an HSA or FSA payment depend on the applicable plan and rules. Website information does not guarantee coverage, reimbursement, or tax eligibility.

5. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent, threatening, or harassing material; impersonate another person; send unsolicited bulk messages; upload malicious software; interfere with the website; bypass security; or access or collect another person’s information without lawful authority.
